Cancellation Policy

At All In!™ Sports Management and Coaching LLC, we understand life happens and schedules can shift. Our goal is to provide flexibility while respecting the time and commitment of both our clients and our team. This policy applies specifically to free initial consultations. As we grow and offer additional services, future bookings may include different terms, including payment and cancellation fees. BOOKING 1.) Free consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. 2.) No credit card is required to book your free initial consultation. 3.) If you have questions before booking, please feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help! RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS 1.) You may reschedule or cancel your consultation at any time, preferably with 24 hours’ notice. 2.) We do not charge cancellation or no-show fees for free consultations. 3.) We appreciate your courtesy in notifying us if you can’t attend — it helps us offer your spot to someone else. FUTURE SERVICES While our free consultations are flexible, future paid services may include: 1.) Credit card requirements 2.) Cancellation or no-show fees 3.) More structured booking terms.
