All In!™
Meet Coach Haddy
I’m Christopher (Chris) Hadersbeck — Navy veteran, former athlete, second-generation coach, and founder of All In!™ Sports Management and Coaching LLC.
With a background in biology, dual master’s degrees in sports coaching & management, and current doctoral studies in sports management specializing in leadership, I blend science, strategy, and lived experience to help athletes, coaches, families, and organizations thrive.
From the sidelines to the boardroom, my mission is simple: equip you with the tools, structure, and mindset to win — on and off the field.

Bachelor’s Degree
North Carolina Central University (NCCU) – Durham, North Carolina, USA
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Biology
Focus: Linking scientific principles to athletic performance.
My academic journey began at NCCU, where I developed the discipline, critical thinking, and curiosity which shaped my approach to coaching today. It was here where I first connected the dots between biology, physical performance, and the mental resilience needed to succeed in sports and life.
Master’s Degree
United States Sports Academy (now United States Sports University) – Daphne, Alabama, USA
Degree: Master of Sports Science
Concentrations: Sports Management & Sports Coaching
At USSA, I sharpened my skills as both a leader and a coach. I gained deep insight into the operations, ethics, and strategic planning behind high-performance athletics — while building an athlete-centered coaching philosophy focused on team culture, discipline, and sustainable success.

Doctorate (in progress)
United States Sports University – Daphne, Alabama, USA
Degree: Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Sports Management (Candidate)
Focus: Leadership, ethics, and modern athlete challenges
As a doctoral candidate, my research focuses on leadership, ethics, NIL, athlete identity, mental health, and media pressures. This work fuels my mission to equip athletes, families, and organizations with the tools to navigate today’s complex sports environment — and come out stronger.
