All In!™ Sports Advocacy and Wellness
Our Story and The Mission Behind All In!™
Performance doesn't end when the game is over. Neither should the support.
A Lifetime in Sports. A Career Built on Protection.
I have been immersed in the culture of sports and education my entire life, since before I could walk. For over 49 years, the rhythm of classrooms, athletics, and competition has been in my DNA.
But my understanding of what it takes to actually survive and thrive under pressure wasn't just learned on a field; it was forged in some of the most high-stakes environments on earth. I served as an FMF Navy Corpsman performing triage alongside the US Marines. I operated as a corporate Quality Manager, mitigating catastrophic institutional risk in complex facilities. And, perhaps most personally, I navigated the intense reality of helping to raise my own Division I student-athletes and college graduates.
When I looked at the modern sports world I grew up in through the lens of a military veteran and a risk manager, I realized something critical: The systems are designed to optimize the output, but they rarely protect the human producing it.
With the rise of NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deals, the transfer portal, and the relentless scrutiny of social media, the weight we are putting on our young athletes is unprecedented. I saw kids whose entire identities were wrapped up in a game, families fracturing under the stress of athletic transitions, and institutions scrambling to manage the financial fallout.
There was a massive, dangerous gap in the industry. Teams were training the player, but nobody was protecting the person.
Why This Work Matters
I didn't build All In!™ Sports Advocacy and Wellness to simply be another coaching clinic or meaningless cash-grab platform. I built it because I was tired of watching athletes, families, and coaches try to survive a broken system without a map.
I went back to earn my Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) because I wanted to combine rigorous academic research with the trauma-informed reality I learned "from the deck-plate up." I wanted to prove mental resilience isn't just a buzzword, it is a measurable, actionable infrastructure which can be built.
The Mission Forward
My goal now is incredibly simple: Scale the impact. I hope to get this information into the hands of as many stressed-out parents, overwhelmed student-athletes, and forward-thinking Athletic Directors and sports professionals as possible. We are losing too many phenomenal people to burnout, identity crises, and performance anxiety simply because they don't have the right tools.
Whether I am consulting with a university to overhaul their student welfare programs or sitting one-on-one with a family navigating a high-stakes athletic transition, my mission is to give you the clarity, the armor, and the strategy to thrive.
The game will eventually end for everyone. The human being has to live forever. Please join me to make sure they are ready for it.
